We’ll spend time this morning setting up our own Google Hangout, There are many examples of recorded Hangout sessions on YouTube that show this technology is as good as or even better than Skype. Hangouts certainly works better on Chromebooks that seldom have compatible audio technology with Skype. Hangouts is all native Google and we’ll see how this works. Maybe next month we can offer the Chromebook SIG online in real time.
To join a hangout you must be signed up for GMail and Google Plus. Please consider joining Plus before the meeting so we can move ahead more rapidly. To avoid feedback please bring headphones.
